Dear Celebrators of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day,

Just because we’re mixed now does not mean we all love and respect each other yet. Let’s thank all the people in the past who gave us this beautiful opportunity to interact with humans of all backgrounds, but let’s also create our own legacy of peace, love, and harmony. No leader or law can do this for us. We need everyone for this. And if your friend, your neighbor, a country, or a stranger isn’t participating, we still—at the very least—need you. I have a dream that we can all make The Dream a reality.
